1. Voluntary Right of Withdrawal
As Blue Planet LLC is a US-based company, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under European law.
However, we offer our customers a voluntary 90-day right of withdrawal.
2. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 90 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
3. Conditions for Withdrawal
The item must be:

complete,

clean,

and in suitable packaging
returned.
Products that have been custom-made or are sealed for hygiene reasons may be excluded from withdrawal.
4. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
Digital products such as downloads, e-books, videos, or digital instructions are excluded from withdrawal once the download has been provided.
5. Consequences of Withdrawal
In case of a successful withdrawal:

we will refund the purchase price within 14 days

from receipt of the returned goods
Shipping costs of the original shipment will not be refunded, except in cases of faulty or damaged goods.
6. Return Shipping Costs
The customer bears the costs of the return shipment.
We recommend insured shipping, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
