1. Voluntary right of withdrawal
Since Blue Planet LLC is a company based in the USA, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under European law.
However, we offer our customers a voluntary right of withdrawal of 90 days .
2. Cancellation period
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 90 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
3. Conditions for revocation
The article must:

Products that have been individually customized or are sealed for hygienic reasons may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
4. No right of withdrawal for digital products
Digital products such as downloads, e-books, videos or digital instructions are excluded from cancellation once the download has been made available.
5. Consequences of revocation
In the event of a successful cancellation:
