These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Blue Planet LLC.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is only concluded when the order is accepted by an order confirmation via e-mail.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in the currency specified in the shop.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Note for EU customers:
No sales tax is shown in accordance with US law. Import duties or customs fees may apply.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Blue Planet LLC accepts no responsibility for delays caused by customs, shipping providers, or force majeure.

6. Cancellation / Return

Since Blue Planet LLC is a company based in the USA, the European right of withdrawal (14 days) does not apply.

However, we voluntarily offer the following arrangement:

Customers can return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.

The customer bears the return shipping costs.
Digital products are non-refundable.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Blue Planet LLC until full payment is received.

8. Warranty & Liability

The legal provisions of US law apply.

Blue Planet LLC is not liable for:

improper use of the products,
Damage caused by third parties
Delays caused by shipping providers,
indirect or consequential damages.

Blue Planet LLC adheres to the principles of transparency in accordance with internationally applicable data protection standards.

10. Applicable Law

All legal relations are governed by the law of the United States of America, State of New Mexico.
The application of German, Austrian or Swiss law is excluded.

11. Dispute Resolution

Blue Planet LLC does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before European consumer arbitration bodies.
